ESD Tester Barrier Turnstile Anti-Static Access Control System
Introduction:
ESD anti-static entrance guard system, also known as "personnel
anti-static test access control system" or "static protection
access control system". Simply speaking, it is a combination of
human electrostatic tester, equipment and electronic access control
card reader equipment, ESD anti-static detection data management
system. It is a kind of personnel anti - static test system which
combines the traditional way of personnel static testing instrument
into the combination of identity identification, access control
management and data management.
Main application field:
SMT production line, clean room such as semiconductor fab, high
tech RD room, or military ESD sensitive areas, explosive processing
areas, maintain or calibration areas for aero space industries,
pharmacy , bio-chemical and hospital ESD restraint areas.
Product Features:
Card reader:Supports various identification such as RF card,
fingerprint, face, palm vein etc.
8’ LCD Display:display operating guide, name, department, card
number, ID, date, time, communicating status, set high/low-end
resistance and detected resistance.
Test permission:Depends on different personnel, the system cab be
configured with classified authority.(exempted, wrist band,
conductive/anti-static shoes or comprehensive test)
Measurement switch: hand close to the same time, the upper and
lower contact pieces, the meter will start measuring resistance;
measuring time 1 ~ 2S, before the device measurement is completed,
the hand can not leave the contact sheet.
Alarm : Supplies alarm output once illegal card presented or
continuous test fail via I/O relay output.
Data management:Web-based management software and SQL database.
Turnstile:
1. Equipped with three infrared photocells, alarm at unauthorized
entry or tailgating attempts, together with anti-strike function to
protect pedestrian
2. LED gate direction indicator that displays the current
operational state to pedestrian. Green arrow for entry free, Red
cross for passage locked.
3. Provide audible sound prompt and information display function.
4. The flaps will open automatically during power interruption, and
recover N/C mode after power on(optional).
